The Management has prepared this information on the basis of the currently available knowledge related to the transmission and spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Please note that the following rules may be constantly changed and updated in the event of new DPCM or regional ordinances. Below you will find all the initiatives and dedicated services that we will launch to make your stay as comfortable, quiet and safe as ever. Inside our structure you will find all the appropriate signage for each environment in compliance with the regulations.

It is allowed access to customers only by booking with exclusive use and with attendance list for 14 days.

Will be preferred electronic payment methods and management of online bookings, with electronic check-in (sending documents in advance and online). It remains the obligation to provide for the recognition of the guest in presence, before making the communication to the public security authority.

In case of multiple bookings (groups, family groups, etc.), the group leader will be identified as the contact person for the check-in procedure and for all other needs of direct contact with the reception: the room keys will be given to him and distributed by him to the group.

The guest can request that during the stay the cleaning staff does not enter the rooms.

It will be possible to detect the body temperature by preventing access in case of temperature higher than 37.5 ° or in the presence of respiratory symptoms.

The client will have to sign a declaration in which they will be required to declare for themselves and their family of:

  • - Not to be subject to quarantine;
  • - Not to have had contact with people found to be infected with COVID-19 or considered at high risk of infection;
  • - Not awaiting a coronavirus-specific swab report;
  • - Accept all rules described here.


Keep the safe distance between the workstations and between clients, except for those belonging to the same family, cohabitants, relatives and people with whom you have regular social relations (frequent visitors - regular diners). This aspect is related to the principle of individual responsibility.

Leave luggages only where specifically the manager indicates.

Use the mask and the appropriate alcohol-based sanitizers when entering the reception, and whenever you leave your room.

The mask must be used in the elevator. The elevator can only be used between relatives/group of travelers.

Do not disperse your used masks in the environment, but differentiate it in the appropriate spaces identified by the manager.

Carpets, pillows and other decorative elements that could not be cleaned daily will be removed. For the use of curtains we recommend sanitizing the hands with hydroalcoholic gel before and after opening and closing operations.

The "SPA kit" will be provided at the entrance of the room, consisting of disposable envelope for personal items to be placed in the locker, disposable cap, disposable slippers, surgical mask and disposable towel.

The mask must be worn in the common areas, during the massage and in between activities. If the client wears a personal mask, he must replace it with a new one. Used masks must be thrown in a special container and disposed of with undifferentiated collection.

In the locker room and shower areas, keep the safe distance. In all locker rooms or changing rooms, clothing and personal items should be stored in your personal bag.

To ensure the safety of the customer, all surfaces and any non-disposable items will be cleaned and disinfected at the end of each treatment.
